The property, family-run for generations, was built in the early 1950s, and was completely renovated in the 1990s. Located in the Plan d'Artsesa (1125 m asl), a small hamlet of the Municipality of Brusson, is about 13 km from the exit of the Verres motorway, 5 km from the international cross-country ski trail of Brusson and 3 km from the town center.
