The rich, tasty and carefully prepared dishes are able to give the taste buds that flavour that good memories need to be cherished in the heart. Classic dishes include those of the Aosta Valley tradition, revisited in a slightly more contemporary key. In addition to the passion of our chefs, of fundamental importance is the choice of raw materials: linked to seasonality, possibly from the territory (when not at Km 0), but always, unavoidably, of the highest quality.
