An exclusive experience combining the beauty of the mountains with the authentic flavors of the region. Six gourmet stops, from aperitif to dessert, await you in the charming mountain lodges: Camparient, Piero, Casera Bianca, Campo, Capanna, and Boschetto.

The event is open to both skiers and pedestrians, offering a food and wine itinerary through welcoming mountain refuges and breathtaking landscapes.

9:45 AM - 10:45 AM – Check-in at the Pro Loco of Alpe di Mera and collection of meal vouchers.
Stops and Menu:
1st stop: Aperitif at Camparient Refuge (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
House aperitif (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) with appetizers
2nd stop: Starter at La Capanna Ristorante (11:45 AM - 12:30 PM)
Warm leek and brie flan, Coggiola cured ham, and Campagnolo salami
3rd stop: First course at Il Campo Ristorante (12:15 PM - 1:30 PM)
Soup with diced Valsesia toma cheese, croutons, and crispy speck
4th stop: Main course at La Casera Bianca Farmhouse (1:15 PM - 2:00 PM)
Polenta with wild boar stew
5th stop: Dessert at Ristorante Bar Piero (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
Hazelnut cake with zabaglione cream, panna cotta with passion fruit
6th stop: Coffee & liqueurs at Bar al Boschetto (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
