About two hours of walking, starting from the village of Scopello, to reach Alpe di Mera entirely on foot. Much of the trail is immersed in beech and fir woods, which open higher up, leaving room for large meadows and pastures and the first mountain huts.
The path takes immediately to the left of the road to the chair lifts, at an altitude of 659 metres.
It passes by Alpe La Sacca, at 770 meters above sea level, crosses Alpe Le Mollie, at 995 meters and finally Pian Rastò, at about 1,160 meters above sea level. It ends in Mera, at an altitude of 1,560 metres.
