This bike excursion along the PVC2 trail, between Alpe di Mera and Meggiana, starts directly from Alpe di Mera and covers 10 km of pure beauty, with constant views of the Monte Rosa massif.
After taking the chairlift from Scopello (equipped with hooks for loading bikes), we’ll head toward the Alpe basin and Lago del Pizzo, where we’ll also find a giant bench. From there, the ride continues toward Meggiana and then to Alpe Sorbella. At this point, we can either descend directly toward Rassa (a more challenging route), or backtrack a few kilometers and take the easier descent toward Meggiana (with the option of a short stop at the mountain hut).
The descent will be chosen by the Guides based on participants’ technical level.

Meeting is at the Scopello chairlift parking at 9:30 AM to purchase tickets and take the chairlift to Mera. Each participant will go directly to the ticket office to buy their own ticket, or alternatively, tickets can be purchased online via this link with a € 2.00 discount per ticket.

Arrival at Alpe and start of the excursion willl be around 10:15 AM

Choose between your own packed lunch or the option of food and drink in Scopello at the end of the excursion

Return to the cars is scheduled by 4:00 PM

Full-day guided tour with a certified bike guide: € 25.00 per person. Insurance/accident coverage is not included in the price.

Recommended bike & required level: E-MTB (hardtail or full-suspension). A minimum level of MTB handling skills is required for this excursion.
